Delivery & Service Policy

FORGEDESIGN MEDIA LTD (RC 8989830) delivers digital design services only. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges.
1. How delivery works
- Order or proposal: you either pay at checkout (fixed-scope packages) or accept a proposal and pay the deposit (custom projects).
- Intake: within 1 business day, we email you a short brief form asking for your business details, preferences, existing assets and examples.
- Timeline starts: the timeline begins once we have both your payment and your completed brief.
- Drafts and revisions: we send drafts by email for your feedback.
- Final files: we deliver final files by email, together with a download link (Google Drive or similar), or a share link for Canva or Figma. Links stay active for at least 30 days, so please download and keep your files.
2. Timelines and revisions for fixed-scope packages
Timelines are in business days (Monday to Friday, West Africa Time, excluding Nigerian public holidays).

Custom projects: the timeline, milestones and revision rounds are set out in your proposal.
3. Revisions
- One revision round means one consolidated list of changes to the current draft.
- Further rounds, or changes that go beyond the agreed scope (for example a new concept), are quoted before we do any work.
- If we do not receive feedback within 10 business days of sending a draft, we will remind you. If there is still no reply 5 business days after the reminder, the draft is treated as approved and we deliver the final files.
4. What we need from you
- A completed brief.
- Your logo or other assets in their best available quality.
- Text and content for your project.
- Prompt feedback.
Your timeline is paused while we wait for any of these.
5. File formats
- Logos and brand assets: PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF; source files where stated.
- Animations: MP4 and GIF (or WebM).
- Templates: a Canva link.
- Documents: PDF.
Printing, hosting, domains and paid fonts or stock images are not included unless your package or proposal says they are.
6. Delays
If we expect to miss a timeline, we will email you with a new date. If the delay is more than 7 days and is our fault, see section 4 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
